This year we are doing the William pike challenge
Which is where you do 5 activities
20 hours f community service
and 20 hours of passion projects
I have started to work on my passion projects.
I decided to do cheer-leading
Outcome:
I will learn to trust people I my class and get out of my comfort zone
I will also be able to perform in front of groups and possibly cheer for our school
Not to sure if I have the confidence to do that yet but I am going to try because I think this will be good for me because I am very self conscious.

Choice and challenge
Every Friday a group of year 7 & year 8 's go down to the junior classes and so some fun activities like cafe Rawhiti, Soccer and more.
My group does netball.
Some of the drills we do in our group...
1.Quick game of tag to warm up
2.Chest passes + bounce passes
3.Shooting skills
We encourage the kids to try their best and share the equipment.
The outcome:
Kids are learning to involve each other and building team skills that can help them as they grow up. Mean while they are running around they are getting fit with is really good because New Zealand has a high obesity rate and, fitness is just one of they ways we can prevent this problem.

My story starter

To days workout/fitness
Today we did eight minutes of H.I.I.T fitness and
a run through the confidence course that we
do in groups and carry a tyre.
Our teacher Nogo tells us to get in groups
with people we do not normally work with
Some of the rules we have while doing these fitness activities are..
1. Involve your whole team
2.Work just as hard as your mates are
3.Give it a go
I personally really like these rules
because it gives you
motivation and encourages
people to give it a go

Vampire academy review
I have started to read this book a couple weeks ago and this is what I think of it so far
So there is this girl called Lissa and she is a princess and is being taken back to Vladimirs academy but her body guard disagrees and tries to think of a way to escape but they are split up and cant stop feeling worried about what is coming their way...

Fitness H.I.I.T training
Today we did a fitness thing called H.I.I.T
I found it really intense , we did it in buddies so when the second person went you got a quick break.
We did some things like press-ups , butter kicks and sit ups.
My buddy Isla was really helpful and encouraged me to keep going.
Our teacher Nogo also put music on and told us to breathe though our nose and out of our mouth which really helped me because I was exhausted after doing all of the hard fitness activities.
