Fitness H.I.I.T training

Today we did a fitness thing called H.I.I.T
I found it really intense , we did it in  buddies so when the second person went you got a quick break.
We did some things like press-ups , butter kicks and sit ups.
My buddy Isla was really helpful and encouraged me to keep going.
Our teacher Nogo also put music on and told us to breathe though our nose and out of our mouth which really helped me because I was exhausted after doing all of the hard fitness activities.
