Nice work Kirsten I love your poems. My favourite was the envelope poem To dive in the ocean.
ReplyDeleteGreat verse “the sand tingles through my toes” I love that feeling it means summer at the beach.
And yes I shiver as the water crashes down too. Especially when I first get in, or go under that first wave. Do you think that’s why a lot of people yell when they first go in?

ReplyDeleteI think that could be a possible a reason for people to yell when they first go into the water.It could also be the shock of the coldness because they were used to the warm sand.
