To do a concrete poem you need to find a shape and write your poem in the shape.Your goal is basically to chose a shape that you can base your poem around.

ReplyDeleteI love the shape you chose because it matches your words so well it hints at the branch structure yet looks like a nice place for birds to find a home.
It also looks like an oak leaf already fallen that might go dancing and tumbling in the wind.
All together your poem is very evocative.

Were there other kinds of poems to choose from or did you all have to do a concrete one?
